SERVE interns work with students individually and in small groups to provide academic support and encourage personal growth. Students will get fieldwork experiences that lets them directly see how what they are studying in the classroom applies in a K-8 classroom setting. The student will have completed at least 40 hours in the S.E.R.V.E. program - supporting the literacy needs of a diverse population of at risk students by the end of their 2nd year in Teacher TRAC. |
